If ever there has been a time whereby we need to get creative- this is the time to do so!
Being creative doesn’t only apply to people who enjoy art, it applies to everyone, young or old. Being creative is a fantastic way of expressing your feelings and emotions in a non-verbal way. It can help your mental well-being and have a positive effect on your mood. (especially important at this time)
Being creative gives us opportunities to try out new ideas, and new ways of thinking and problem solving. It also helps to celebrate our own uniqueness. Why not give it a go?
